AppointmentsOverviewDr. Aronson-Ramos and staff personally handle all phone calls, scheduling of office visits, and medication refills. This allows for maximal privacy as well as personal attention. Please note we also offer the convenience of online appointment scheduling. We recommend scheduling office visits well in advance if you prefer after school or weekend hours. Please note email is for non-urgent communications only, if you need to cancel or change your appointment call the office directly. For more information about office email policies please view the Contact section on the website. Appointments
Appointments may be scheduled by calling the office at 954-531-0847 or by using our online appointment scheduler at the top of this page . Most patients have found online appointment scheduling convenient and simple to use. You will receive an email confirmation of your scheduled visit immediately, and an appointment reminder 24 hours prior to your scheduled office visit. We appreciate 24 hours notice if you need to cancel so we may schedule other patients during that time. Please view our description of services and appointment types under Consultations. Urgent Calls And After Hours AppointmentsAll phone calls will be returned within one business day. Should there be an emergency during or after office hours please call 911 immediately or proceed to your nearest emergency room. Do not delay immediate medical attention when this is necessary. Should there be an urgent need to contact Dr. Aronson-Ramos after hours you can reach her at 561-901-3965. Emergency appointments are available by special request. Medication Refills And Follow-Up AppointmentsMedication refills require 48 hours notice and must be requested by phone, not email. Specific procedures for medication refills will be discussed during your office visit. Remember there are some medications which always require a handwritten prescription and cannot be called into your pharmacy. Consistent follow up visits will prevent delays in medication refills. Appointment Changes and CancellationsWe recommend you schedule follow up appointments consistently to insure you the most convenient time possible. You may also change and/or cancel appointments through the online scheduler or call our office for assistance. We do request you provide us with advance notice of appointment cancellations or changes. |
