Judith Aronson-Ramos, M.D., is a Board Certified Developmental and Behavioral Pediatrician. Her practice is devoted exclusively to the evaluation and treatment of children, adolescents, and  young adults with developmental delays, learning difficulties, social-emotional problems, behavioral challenges, and other psychological or neurological concerns. Having practiced Pediatrics in many different settings, she is aware of the need to accurately identify children and adolescents who are experiencing problems at home, in school, or with their peers and provide them with individualized and comprehensive care.

Our diagnostic evaluations will utilize office based assessments, interviews with caregivers and teachers, review of medical, psychological and education records and when necessary observations at school. Once the individual is properly diagnosed, we focus on insuring the family fully understands the diagnosis. When a definitive diagnosis is not evident, we focus on addressing the areas of need for the individual and family. Our treatment plan will consist of: locating optimal resources, therapies, schools, prescribing medications when indicated, and other effective interventions critical to a successful outcome. Through consistent follow up we monitor progress enabling families to maintain the best possible results.

For young adults our assessment and treatment facilitate the transition to self-reliance. Our approach will be tailored to the unique needs of the individual with a commitment to privacy and respect for independence.

If an individual has recently completed a comprehensive evaluation, we will focus on maintaining effective treatment, follow up care, and where indicated re-evaluation.

Dr. Aronson-Ramos will not replace your Primary Care Physician or Pediatrician. We utilize a multi-disciplinary approach and will involve other specialists when necessary. We are committed to facilitating communication and working as a team with family members and other professionals.
