New Patients
- There are two types
of appointments available for your first visit. You may schedule an Initial
Consultation or a Treatment Consultation.
- The Initial
Consultation is a 90 minute visit for the parents
only. This visit is appropriate for any family new to the
practice.
- A Treatment
Consultation is a 90 minute visit with the parents
and the child. This visit may be scheduled first if your
child has a diagnosis with a prior comprehensive evaluation available
for review, or your child is 4 years of age or younger. For more information please

- If you would
like to meet Dr. Aronson-Ramos and briefly discuss your child’s
problem, before a complete evaluation, you can schedule a Preliminary
Consultation in the office or a Phone Consultation.
- Schedule
your visit using the online scheduling program, click on
the appointment button on the home page. Follow the steps 1-5. You
will receive an email confirmation of your appointment.
- Click on the New
Patient Forms button. Download, copy, and complete these
forms. You will need to fax the forms to the office prior to your
first appointment (fax 954-753-6280). A non-refundable deposit secured
by credit card is required prior to any initial consultation.

- Payment by credit
card or check is required at the time of your visit. You will be given
a statement which can be submitted to your insurance company for
reimbursement. Click here for more information.
